A professional team, smiling, available and attentive despite the COVID situation. The room is very spacious and decorated with refinement. Unfortunately, we were unable to take advantage of the additional services (swimming pool and spa) due to lack of time (business trip) but also due to the cold and rainy weather.
just one remark to make : The lack of light to take the stairs out of the parking lot.
Beware charges fees without notification billing practices fraudulent.
I was over charge on my stay there. If your from the USA beware.
Besides the billing everything else was fine.The hotel itself is very nice.
The restaurant food was excellent. The grounds are lovely. And the pool and spa
are nice. If it wasn't for the billing I would had given this resort 5 stars but because of that. I can not recommend in good conscience this resorts to Americans.
Great location, nice rooms, breakfast ok
Luxury and comfortable rooms, a relaxing spa, and friendly staff. However, the breakfast is limited and the scramble eggs do not look fresh at all, the WiFi is slow and there is bad reception in some of the rooms, the pool area is okay but it’s very limited in size and furniture around it. Overall it’s a modest hotel, but a bit old fashioned.
