Super, quirky little townhouse hotel a tucked away from the tourist hoards. The gentleman on reception when we arrived was so helpful and lovely and gave a very warm welcome complete with dining recommendations. Our room was beautiful - exposed brick and very boutique. A lovely spot for a day or 2 in this lovely city. No lift so be warned if you have heavy bags - but that’s the only catch really. Highly recommended!
This hotel was great! My boyfriend and I stayed 4 nights here. The building is old but everything is modern and clean and the themes of the rooms were cool too. The entire staff was helpful, spoke English, (because our French was sub par), and had amazing suggestions of where to visit in Toulouse. The location is great and close to a lot of great sights.
One of the young men working at the front desk went above and beyond and even helped us with a mix up with a local restaurant that delivered food to us one night. We were having difficulty understanding the woman from the restaurant and he took care of everything for us. As a tourist in a country and city that I don't know the language perfectly, it is refreshing to find someone that is so open and willing to help us. We had an amazing stay here!
Great location, it's in the middle of the city. The room is very cute but can be quite crampy, open bathroom in room is not a great thing but it's not the worst. Staff are very friendly but know very little english. BE CAREFUL with minibar, we didn't take anything but a bottle of water but was charged for alot more, as we left the hotel at 05.00am we couldn't ask them what it was for. They automatically charges us without explanation.
