Nice hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly check in and check out was smooth. Great choice for breakfast service was good. The cleaning staff do an excellent job very clean room and comfy nights sleep. Only thing bit disappointing was half board meal. Food could do with been a bit hotter when served, would recommend and stay again if ever in alicanti
Charming hotel with friendly staff. Close to beach.
Very disappointed in the hotel. We stayed 2 night and complained that our room was full of ants. They came and cleaned. We then went out to eat and came back late and found more ants... Went down to breakfast and advised again about the any then the food was all cold so had to ask for it to be microwaved. Exactly the same thing happened the following morning.
The room was also very loud, not only the traffic but all the Aircon for the building was right next to our room....
Lots of apologies but nothing else.......very disappointed.
