The room were of a good size and good sized bathroom the staff are great and all areas wiped down regularly for our safety only reason i haven't give it 5 stars was the breakfast ok for continental but eggs bacon etc were cold and about a twenty minute wait to get served but that's partly due to restrictions that aside i would stay again
Staff have to serve you breakfast, but the service is extremely slow which results in very cold & inedible food. Do not stay if you want a good breakfast.
I've stayed here several times and it doesn't get better. Rooms are beautiful, lovely views. Unfriendly staff. Never managed to eat in the massively over-priced restaurant yet. Last time went to go in and all of the staff were too busy talking to each other and ignored us. Bar on top floor has amazing views but is usually smoke-filled. Air conditioning in rooms is centrally controlled and usually switched off. Small car-park which is usually full. Although it is allegedly the best hotel in Torrevieja, I'd recommend staying somwhere else.
Lovely surroundings and quite friendly staff. Good value bar snacks and relaxing place for a drink
Loved it!! The big spa was excellent with a selection of saunas and hot & cold showers and a pebble walk thru for feet health, it was very reasonably priced for all that was there. If you want a massage or beauty treatments book ahead to avoid disappointment.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely take my visitors again, especially when it's raining!!
