Amazing hotel. Rooms are very modern and comfortable. Staff are very nice and helpful. Food was good, especially the breakfast. It’s right on the beach front with a lovely pool.
The hotel is beautiful from an architectural/decoration standpoint, it also has a lot of potential due to the privileged location in front of the sea. The positive aspects stop there. It is extremelly poorly managed. Why? I will explain. My wife and I stayed there for 12 nights. When we arrived, we were advised at the check-in about 2 important rules: 1. It is forbiden to "reserve" and to move the chairs of the swimming pool (due to basic education rules and to covid-19 effects), and 2. there are 2 different turns for the breakfast - 1st one for families and 2nd one for couples with no kids. After the 13 days the conclusion is: nobody respected both rules basically because of the total absence of fiscalization by the hotel staff. It was a complete mess. Super desorganized. We spent 10 days having breakfast later (losing time we could have spent at the beach or at the pool) because we were respecting our shift, and after 10 days we decided to ask the staff receptioning the people for the buffet, and she said: "I am sorry, but I cannot make people leave/not enter the breakfast area because they are not respecting their shift time". No comments. Another negative aspect to point out, the overall bar/restaurant service is regrettable. Everyone does everything, resulting in long delays and enormous lines and waiting. The lunch is inadequate and expensive. As a result, the Italian restaurant in front of the hotel captured almost all the hotels guest during the lunch. Hotel managers call me and I can provide you some consultancy.
Nice location but Hotel dreadful - big pressure to upgrade room on arrival - started conversation with your room is poor! Spoke to a number who were then put in a room overlooking a dusty car park in a nearly empty hotel - lots fell for it and paid the extra to move.
Food cold with no variety - everyone moaning - breakfast not to bad but cold. TUI and Jet2 should be ashamed of themselves using this hotel.
Great all-inclusive hotel with the best food ever! Great staff and the manager. It has everything. Great location. Great views. Would stay again at least once every year. Total recommendations!!
