My daughter and her boyfriend stayed her for a few nights while in Toronto, it was very clean and surprisingly quiet for the area.

Amazing! Location is great if you are looking for a hotel that is close to many attractions. Ambiance is unique from a typical hotel, but it is stunning. Customer service from the front desk was attentive to any questions or needs. The restaurant connected to the lobby, Constantine, served delicious food. Definitely coming back!

It's actually a homeless shelter for covid patients now. My daughter is the nurse practitioner there and she's done an amazing job, I'm very proud of her. She knows all the residents by name and can actually relate to them.
Not sure how it was as a hotel but it's saving lives now.

Stayed overnight before a medical procedure. I had a great room looking west. The room was simple yet had everything I need. I enjoyed the Toronto photos and theatre-related posters which added a classy and historical touch with a modern spin. Some ambient noise in the room because I turned the mini-fridge temperature colder and opened the concealing cupboard door. Staff were friendly and prompt. Cleaning service is requested the night before so that physical distancing can be maintained. There is some noise from outside but closing the heavy curtains blocks it out and I stayed on a quiet night.
