Stayed overnight before a medical procedure. I had a great room looking west. The room was simple yet had everything I need. I enjoyed the Toronto photos and theatre-related posters which added a classy and historical touch with a modern spin. Some ambient noise in the room because I turned the mini-fridge temperature colder and opened the concealing cupboard door. Staff were friendly and prompt. Cleaning service is requested the night before so that physical distancing can be maintained. There is some noise from outside but closing the heavy curtains blocks it out and I stayed on a quiet night.

Comfy bed and room. Nice to have a kitchen to cook meals.

The staff is not friendly. They shouldn't work facing people if they don't like to solve questions or help guests. As a guest, you're not only paying for the stay, it's the whole experience. Furthermore, the room wasn't clean to proper standards. There were breadcrumbs and spaghetti left in the kitchen drawers when we arrived.
I booked the Signature Suite at the Pantages hotel, it was stunning, the decor and colour scheme was modern and the unit was very spacious! The receptionist wasn't too welcoming at first, and the room didn't seem like it had a thorough cleaning before I arrived (several pieces of tape on the wall and dirt on the floor). I would have expected the room to be properly cleaned especially due to COVID. Asides from that I really enjoyed my stay, the location was ideal and the unit did look exactly like the pictures online!
Great staff, Sandra was awesome she helped me figure out what happened with a third-party reservation, fantastic service. The hotel was fantastic too very nice would go to again. No ice machine but they brought ice to the room. 5/5
Parking situation is not ideal, otherwise this would have been 5 stars for us. Room and service was great. Our suite on the 15th floor was recently renovated, had laundry and had a fantastic view of the city.
