During COVID the staff was very friendly and explained all the protocols to be followed and the requirements for a nice stay in the hotel.
The room was upgraded to a Superior Suite in the Classic Vintage Hotel which I really liked.
The room was surprisingly spacious and had all the amenities one could want for a pleasant stay.
However for the life of me I couldn't get the main lamp in the room to light up, but there was ample lights in the room which was sufficient.
Great hotel!! Love it.. but sometimes the layout can be a bit... odd . But thankfully the furniture rolls around so it's easy to change it up! Furniture quality is top notch and room includes utensils!... Like glass hahaha. Manager is a cool guy! He was nice enough to change my room during a busy day . Hotel is a great place to unwind . I love this place. Me and girl we supposed to check out at 11 Am, but because of our flight was in the afternoon they let us stay in until we're ready to check out. It's something no any other Hotel does.
Not only that but they've a great customer service that's worth every moment of it. We'll come back again. Thank you guys for great hospitality you have given us.
My husband and I, during the pandemic, have been booking one-night hotel getaways every month or two for a change of scenery. One King West was really nice. Friendly staff at check-in. Luxurious room with a cushy King-size bed. There's a historic part with just 12 floors, but we were in the new part -- 36th of 49 floors. Gorgeous views of the city! A well-appointed kitchenette (mini fridge, two-burner stove-top, microwave, dishwasher, a couple of pots, plates/bowls, utensils, coffee-maker). Easy to order in meals (had to meet couriers in lobby). As vaccinations are slow-going, we'll likely book another one-night getaway again in a couple or three months...
Have stayed here several times. This Hotel is top tier! From the minute you walk in the staff greet you nicely. Prompt at parking valet with baggage service to you room. Rooms are beatiful and offer amazing views. Very clean and modern. Location is amazing walki g distance to everything the city has to offer
