Lady at the reception named Nelson is really professional, and if your polite to her she will hook you up!. I took a studio room with a city view and a fireplace. The room was 125$ but the bill adds up. Parking is 30$ under ground plus switching rooms will cost you more. It was a good experience. Don't mind the mess in the photos as I took these pictures as I was checking out.
Friendly and accommodating rooms are spacious. Loved the hard wood floors.
Jr sweet was clean/alright.bed was comfortable. Coffe machine and hair dryer were broken.
Rooms are beautiful & beds are comfortable, location is perfect and customer service is beyond any words. I’ve stayed here twice and will be back again for the third time this upcoming February! One of the best hotels to stay at & it’s worth every penny. The hotel makes me feel so comfortable that it is super hard for me to leave.
Excellent experience - friendly, hardworking staff. Great location.
