I am writing this review to thank Andrea, the amazing, kind and professional lady at front desk for creating one of the most memorable stay in our hotel experience. Bisha hotel is always our favorite hotel in downtown Toronto because of the beautifuly designed rooms, great food and staff. But this time we encountered something beyond our expectation thanks to Andrea. We will definitely come back and hope to see you again.
My first time staying here and will definitely return again. I had an amazing time. The room was absolutely stunning and had all the amenities I needed. I really enjoyed the heated floors in the washroom, how big the shower was, and the size of the bed. The Byredo products were great too! Brunch the next morning was room service and I ordered the coconut pancakes which were gigantic and delicious.
I wanted to give a special shout out to the woman working the front desk when I checked in on 2/15 at 4PM. I didn't catch her name but she had long blonde hair and wore black glasses. She was exceptional and went above and beyond!
Very cool ,nice
I recently shot a campaign for my clothing line in the beautiful Nina Suite. Leading up to the shoot, I was helped by staff to select the perfect room and even Facetiming for convenience and safety. On the day of, all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed.
We got some beautiful shots and had a wonderful stay! Will be back and highly reccommend.
