I picked this hotel to plan my surprise proposal! From the beginning to the end I was blown away.
As you know, planning the perfect proposal is very stressful! Hotel X has made my planning process easy and worry free! Paula and the whole team offered me multiple options and packages, including a 3 course meal & breakfast in bed! Hotel X is such a luxurious hotel from the lobby to rooms. The whole staff was extremely respectful and provided us with an unbelievable experience. We were blown away from the lake views, city views and all the luxurious amenities!
Every staff member we interacted with had a huge smile on their face, and was always very attentive.
Hotel X also went above and beyond with COVID-19 protocols. Every door handle, button and high touch surface has a self cleaning layer. All employees wearing masks and social distancing in full effect!
Hotel X you have made this proposal the most epic hotel proposal I've ever seen. We can't thank you enough...

Me and my wife wanted to get away for couple days and we decided to book this hotel for my 50th birthday. We made a great decision!
From beginning to the end. Very good customer service, beautiful room (signature king)& amazing view. The room was impeccable clean.Everything was just perfect.
I wish the restaurants was open so we could experience the dining but because of covid everything was closed.
We definitely going back & hopefully we could enjoy the rooftop swimming pool & restaurants.

Great place. The management is good and friendly. They views from the hotel are
astounding. But I have been to better places considering their charges.
I stayed in one of their 1 bedroom suites and had the most beautiful view of the city centre. I also have access to their every afternoon wine and cheese reception which is common to all of their properties. They also gave me a free luxury car transfer to the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport which is less than 10 minutes drive away from the property.
