Reviews from visitors:
After staying at the Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan Toronto, This will be the first hotel I'll look to book whenever I'm in Toronto. Such good value the location is anything you'd ever need Starbucks, Tim's grocery shops and pharmacies all less than 2 minutes away.
At the moment there is a promo going on if you book directly from The Cosmopolitans website if you stay 2 nights you get the 3d free. So check the hotel website directly.
The Rooms: I stayed in the studio for 3 nights.
The rooms are big, and have a lot of windows and let in a lot of natural light.
The Bathrooms are bright and well lit and very clean and the beds are comfortable.
The Studio has a large kitchenette, with the bare essentials (Pot, Pan, Spatula and ladle
A big mini fridge, microwave and a countertop stove for you to make your own meals (If you like to cook and want to save some money)
The service
All the staff here were so helpful and friendly ( Shout out to Jackie) She is so friendly, and accommodating and gives really authentic customer service.
The Restaurant( Located in the lobby)
has some really great food options they had a promo where you pick between12oz prime rib or salmon plus your choice of either calamari or salad all for $28 before tip
I got prime rib it was cooked medium just as I requested. and the calamari was fine
I made a booking with Expedia like I usually do. They had no information that a credit card was needed and charged my debit card for the room. When I was checking in I was greeted by a rude old women wearing a fake Gucci mask lol she didn’t even look at me when asking me questions was so rude and had a very bad attitude. The rooms have terrible lighting. The beds are so uncomfortable. Room are not worth the hype they are old. You will definitely wake up with major back problems. Also I needed cutlery during my stay I went down stairs to get 4 sets. The old lady was there and with a another women that seemed like her daughter. They were very rude accusing me of have more that 2 people in my room. I laughed have you ever heard of multiple course meals? Guess not just so you guys know both these women are from the Philippines. Overall horrible stay even in the morning the hotel rushed us out of our room calling about 5+ times when we already said we would be out by 12. That was a younger white women with a short black bob. Honestly if you don’t like your jobs it’s free to quit I know times are hard but just quit nothing here screams upscale. The Hilton would have been a much better choice. Worst hotel. Worst staff. Good lesson
When you see the hotel is paying the guests to leave a "positive" review, it automatically reveals about the service and the quality of the hotel. If any hotel delivers high standard services, there is no need for getting fake reviews.
The pictures do not reflect the quality of the hotel. Honestly garbage service and a very rude staff. The pictures do not reflect the quality of the hotel. If this is your budget I'd recommend the delta
Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I urge you not to go there if you want to be treated like a human being.
Edit 3 years later: I stand by my review more than ever. I still tell everyone about the Cosmopolitan; the awful hotel that will take your money but won't let you in to the room you paid for.
