Great, amazing staff! The view from the corner rooms is spectacular, you feel like you're in a ship! Good cost! Could improve the toiletries, shampoo is awful. Loved the romance package, great champagne and sweets.
Excellent service, friendly staff. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful with my check in and extended stay. I stayed here for 10 days in August. This location is amazing, close to the lake and many tourist attractions. The room was clean and beautiful with a lovely view, upgraded for free. Would definitely recommend!
A1 location l, beautiful hotel close to coffee shops and restaurants at walking distances with great views of the water. The parking however is very steep and can barely fit large vehicles without a risk of touching or scratching the walls. Rest everything is good.
Stayed here this past weekend and had a great experience. Staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and really nice. We had a view of Lake Ontario which was amazing. I loved it so much I just booked it again for a weekend in March!
Second time staying here, and definitely an amazing experience. Staff were able to accommodate our results even during a busy week. One of the best services I've received during a stay!
