Great location near multiple subway lines. We had adjoining rooms with 2 adults and three kids. Nice sized bathroom in the bigger room. Only downside was the lift is really slow overall highly recommended especially for families.
First time in Tokyo. Stayed first night at Hilton Tokyo. Knew what to expect from the Hilton brand but was not sure what to expect from Ginza Capital Hotel Moegi. I was not disappointed. This hotel was awesome!! Bed was a lil hard but so was the Hilton must be standard in Tokyo. The staff here was so accommodating!!!! I absolutely am loving my stay here. Very centrally located and easy to get around. Everyone was so nice. I have a seafood allergy and even the breakfast staff went up and beyond. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!!!!
Amazing!!! Everything was very new and the room was spacious. The seating area next to the window was really cute and had a nice view. Location is very convenient and there are 2 convenience stores next to it as well. They also provide shuttle buses from the hotel to tokyo station which was very convenient for us. Would definitely come back to stay in future.
Nice clean rooms, excellent staff and well located. The restaurant downstairs is also great for breakfast and lunch, but is a bit more expensive than other hotel buffet breakfasts (for example, Super Hotel includes this). Our room was prepared at the time provided, and we had no problems at all during our stay. Recommended!
We had a great stay! The connecting room for 4 was perfect for a family with 2 adult children. The rooms are clean and comfortable, all amenties included in the bathroom even toothbrush and toothpaste. The staff are very polite and efficient. Excellent location close to transportation and walking to Ginza and Tsukiji market.
