Reviews from visitors:
Wonderful service and kind staff.
Good location. Right above metro station and close to shopping and eating in Ginza. Room has unusual layout with open plan bathroom. Larger rooms face inwards with no view. Smaller rooms are external facing with a view of the street. Personally I prefer a view with smaller room. Breakfast was ok. Very busy. No laundry facilities
Very nice hotel, rooms were modern and stylishly decorated. They were having some construction work being undertaken during our stay but it didn’t affect us at all.
Good location in Ginza, central and the station is almost next to the hotel so good for transport links around Tokyo
Great location with clean rooms. Had a double that came with a queen and was relatively decent sized. Layout could have been a little more clever in utilizing the space and the view was of the hotel next door (Miss Paris). Service was good but not the best I've experienced in Tokyo: sending luggage ahead thru the front desk was a bit of a challenge. Staff was initially not as helpful in communicating options and only after self-educating and a second try was I able to achieve shipping goals (next day delivery). On a related note, staff was not as proficient in English as similar class hotels.
Great place to stay for a first visit in Tokyo. Convenient for subway and Tokyo station. Good food and shopping around the hotel. Room and beds were a little bigger than other hotels we stayed at.
