Staff is amazingly polite, room is incredibly comfortable, every floor has a “theme”, the shower and bathroom are smart, and the ambiance is amazing. Ah, the view from my window was also incredible.

I stayed here with my girlfriend and the lack of essential skin care amenities and toiletries made the overall experience more difficult.
The front desk was not very pleasant and to be blunt, unfriendly.
Would not recommend this hotel for people that are looking for Japanese quality hospitality and service, but can’t complain with the cleanliness and tidiness of the room.
Good location, 5min walk from Shibuya crossing. Every floor has a different theme, with very fast complimentary WiFi, and unlimited water bottles, free breakfast, and excellent staff. Rooms although a little small are packed with top of the line furniture. Can’t think of anything bad about this place!
Booked this hotel using Chase Ultimate Rewards. Cute boutique hotel in an excellent location! Would totally pay money to stay here again.
