Great location,fantastic atmosphere, clean rooms, But lack of English communication at the front Desk when trying to tell front lady to change my room queen Bed into twin room cos my wife and kid coming so I could get two bed ,she could not understand a demn and gave me same room, god!
Had originally checked into Candeo Hotel a couple of blocks away but had to cancel my booking as my room faced a huge graveyard and there was no way I could sleep knowing that! I booked this hotel as it was close by and was too tired to keep looking and have been pleasantly surprised. The lobby is beautiful and spacious, staff were super professional and friendly. I was lucky to be upgraded to a twin room. The room is very modern and spacious. Open views, comfortable bath and nice amenities. I’d definitely stay here again!
Pros: The room is very big by Japanese standards, stayed on the top floor, love the layout of the bathroom area. Felt more like a Apartment hotel than just a regular hotel. The staff were super friendly and very helpful.
Cons: Location was in probably the most dodgiest area of Roppongi, quite a walk from Roppongi Station
Eat at the restaurant. Services were bad and slow. We had to wait a long time for someone to come and take our order. Gave up on waiting for the coffee to go to arrive, and we just left.
Lobby is gorgeous, room is average unfortunately. Rooms are average sized, bathroom (shower and bathtub) are great features however. Not quite premium and unfortunately the facilities are limited (e.g. no gym). Location is walking distance to Roppongi station but via the side of Roppongi where many African and Japanese touters are harassing you to enter their bar. Staff are civil but not enthusiastic. Reasonably priced.
