Reviews from visitors:
Great place. Great fee. Great location
Had a great stay at the hotel - the rooms are small (of course it’s Tokyo).
But the quality is very high, staff were very friendly.
Check out is at 11.00 which is nice and it is well located next to transport for metro stations.
Room comes with a tablet, and free phone which you can take with you.
For the price and quality I think it was excellent.
(I didn’t have breakfast as part of my stay so can’t comment on that)
Rooms are comfortable and functional. Not showstopping but nice enough. Some might say a bit "heavy" as decor is dark.
Some issues on check-in but staff are quite patient. Some occasional noise from other residents during the night.
Otherwise clean, practical and well located.
Chic, stylish hotel that's actually very affordable for Tokyo.
The customer service is excellent. It's the same few people every day, so you really get to know the staff, who are all friendly and warm (and speak excellent English).
The rooms are perfect. Here's the standard warning: these are not Western sized rooms. Don't expect to be able to do yoga in there. But the bed is soft and inviting and the hotel makes the most of the space. (The bathroom is a true stylistic wonder and my favorite part.)
Oh, and it's a great location, whether you want to stay in Akasaka or visit other neighborhoods via the metro. Can't go wrong here.
Newly refurbished, great location, decently sized rooms. Sraff is super nice too. Oh, and the beds are super comfy.
