Nice location, very nice lobby
Very friendly staff ensuring that we felt welcomed. We happen to be staying in on their one year anniversary and were greeted with a glass of champagne after a stroll in the city, quite refreshing experience with live piano and saxophone music performance. Great location, right at the step of Ginza metro station. Hotel lobby is gorgeous and the room are sizable for Tokyo standards, we could actually open 2 big suitcases at the same time. I would highly recommend staying here.
We have stayed in Japan for 2 weeks and stayed at 5 hotels during this time. This hotel was the best out of all of them. They give you a layout of the room in their pictures which is extremely helpful especially in Japan because two of the rooms at other hotels were so small we couldn't even completely open our luggage in some of them. The location is amazing, it's right in front of at least 3 different lines. They also upgraded our room with a terrific view since it was our honeymoon. I will definitely come back next time i stay in Tokyo.
Perfectly located right in Ginza and with the Imperial Palace on your doorstep this Hotel is a sensational location. Loved that it's raised off the main street so you need to get the lift to level 4 which is the main lobby, check-in and a beautiful open space, high window bar and restaurant that draws in a lot of natural light. Very attentive staff, eager to help, accommodating and can arrange anything for you at moments notice.
Excellent experience for a few days 6-9/8/2019. Perfect location (metro outside the front door!). English speaking staff (enough for some questions and short conversation). Very clean and spacious rooms with useful amenities (toiletries, nespresso, water). Reasonably priced considering the neighborhood. Regret not trying the restaurant, bar and rooftop! Very delicious restaurants and cocktail bars in walking proximity >15 minutes.
