Amazing!! We stayed here in March 2019.
We loved the view and the room. We arrived quite late at night and we were well looked after. In a great spot located near Shinjuku Station, close to everything! cannot wait to come back.
No for me. Was stayed at 20F (2048) and took 6 minutes to get hot shower and have to leave it run the shower until water get hot. Have reported to the front desk said that have been fixed but unfortunately wasn't fixed. Have offered me to move to different room on my last night being stayed for 6 days. I resist because it will be hard for me to move all my stuffs for my last night. I wish they offer me to move since the day I made a report. I tried to make a local call and haven't contacted the person but on my checkout they charged me 20 yen, coin laundry is expensive. I will never stay in this hotel any more.

This is a hotel in a great location. I read the reviews and people need to do their research on Japan. Rooms are small. Beds are small. This isn’t USA. So the size of the room shouldn’t be a reason for a bad review. The rooms are clean and service is good. For me, beds were a little hard, which is not what we experienced in Kyoto. The location is excellent for access to the train station, restaurants are open late and it s close to subways. For what we paid, totally worth it. Not a 5 star hotel, but not a Motel 6 either.
Overall, less comfortable for stay with family, but if you stay for only 1 night and for business maybe OK.
(+) Location is in central, so near to going everywhere.
(-/+) Front desk staff was not so friendly, i feel like not in Japan. But they speak English fluently.
(-) Dont have microwave as other usual Japanese hotel, but you can request to front desk if you need.
(-) There is no holder for your cltohes at bathroom.
(-) Less facility (including no welcome drink) considering the price.
(-) Not feels "home feeling" for family.
