Reviews from visitors:
Small room but modern with good view. All staff speak English well. The rooftop bar/restaurant is nice with a good view of the skyline. Breakfast is OK. Could do with more meat and bread but tasty enough.
Stayed here in Feb for 8 nights. The staff are friendly and speak pretty good English. The rooms were clean and the washrooms were nice.
Very close to a few convenience stores and great for food and nightlife. The shopping around was really nice too.
One night we went to the rooftop patio for happy hour which was extremely worth it for the views.
Loved our stay here and had no complaints.
customer service is absolutely appalling.
Hotel is ok. Not sure I would book it again. Clearly marketed aggressively to foreign travelers. Almost everyone was from the US or Australia. Economy rooms are tiny so if you do want decent space you will need to upgrade. I can't even imagine what an economy single looks like. On the bright side there is a lounge with drinks and snacks for those in bigger rooms on higher floors. Heavy concentration of love hotels all around it. Fairly short walk to Shinjuku Station, but if I had to do it again I probably would have chosen a hotel on the other side of the station. It is just a little nicer of an area.
So our first room was a cheap budget option, and we were immediately disappointed. The room was tiny and the view was depressing. So as soon as we got a chance, we got a room upgrade on a higher floor and it was so worth it. Clean and spacious rooms, sometimes the hallways were a bit of a mess, with dollies parked randomly in the hallways. Staff was helpful and professional.
