Very fun hotel with excellent amenities and fun robots greeting you when you come in. The service (of the humans that are also there) is excellent. The location is brilliant. Highly recommended.
Henna hotel is a strange hotel near Shintomicho station.
Front desk checks you in and then a machine gives you the room keys. It's a very nice hotel. There are robes included in the room as well as tooth brushes and toothpaste and razors. There is a smartphone called "handy" which controls the tv, room lights, and is a mobile hotspot. There was also a suit steamer in the roo ? The staff is very friendly. Downstairs there are face masks, eyepads, and shampoo in a vending machine. It's close to the rails. Nice hotel overall!
Good size room, services and staff are outstanding, bit the only disappointment is there are no robot assistance in the room.
Good hotel for tourists, its minimalist with modern technology touch. The check in and check out process are with women robot that really fascinating. The subway stasion are just 2 min walk and there family mart really nearby so it’s really convenient. The room is a bit small but it’s perfect for budget trip
