Reviews from visitors:
Great value and great amenities. This is the best capsule hotel I've ever stayed at. Not only is it supremely affordable, but it has features that most other capsule hotels lack. There is a very homey lounge on the 5th floor with a kitchen and living room, and there's even a washing machine on the 6th floor. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they provide you with little goodies for free (such as candies, tea, disposable razors, hand wipes, etc.). Also, the room is spacious enough that you can store your luggage in its own spot against the wall--and a bicycle lock is included so your luggage stays secure. If that's not enough, there's even a built-in locker in your cubicle. If you want to use your own lock, you can do that instead. They thought of everything!
Basically, you ought to stay here.
The building is a bit old but the staff are really lovely.
The common space is spacious.
And they were cleaning constantly all the areas.
Very nice for the price!
A fantastic place to stay. The staff was very kind and the capsules were tidy and comfortable. They also include a lot of very convenient services like a nice common area with a traditional tatami floor, laundry, and a smoking area with vending machine on the top floor. The hotel is also about 30 minutes on foot from Akihabara which I found nice. I would gladly stay here again.
As a capsule hotel you can not expect so much space for your bed, but you expect to be clean and comfy. The toilets smells, the showers doesn't look clean, and the beds are on a wood structure which smells as well.
The receptionist is very kind and helpful, feel free to ask any question and he/she will answer and help with whatever you need.
Kimi and her team were a cut-above. Their willingness to go beyond the formalities shone brightly. In one instance, they rang ahead to confirm whether a store open for me... Especially as the location was an hour away by public transportation. I thank them for their good natured approach! Ps. They held a party/dinner event on the weekend which was a huge success with +30 guests attending over the course of the evening. Even more astonishing due to the subdued atmosphere of the hostel (when checking-in enquire about such events).
