It's your typical Japanese business hotel, except it has many extra amenities to make it that extra comfortable. A nice and clean natural hotsprings bath. A large selection of pillows. Self service organic creams and shampoos with their own brand. The staff service level is probably the same as the Andaz Tokyo I just stayed at. Rooms are your standard size. Since the hotel is relatively new it's super clean.
Nice eco-friendly hotel with great location and super friendly staffs. Natural hot spring bath and the big selection of pillows are definitely big plus.
Excellent business hotel in convenient Ginza station. It's 2 second walk right outside of exit A7 of Higashi Ginza station, or 5-10 min walk to Ginza station. Super convenient for tourists as it's walking distance to many major train lines and shopping.
Rooms are clean and new. However they are small but that's standard for most business hotels. You're paying for the location convenience not luxury of room itself. What sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. You can select your own pillow from array of options, and take various amenity items from lobby for both men and women (ie. Lotion, face mask, etc). There's a bath house on 2-3 F which is relaxing to soak your tiredness away after a long day (note the bathhouse is only open from 3pm to 9am). FYI, if you want your room cleaned, the cleaning hours are from 11am-3pm so you can't be in the room during this period.
Breakfast is offered at the restaurant nextdoor. Has most Japanese but one western option. The food quality is great for business hotel standard. However, if breakfast is not included and you're paying full price for the breakfast (1500 yen), I'd recommend you to go elsewhere as Ginza has many good breakfast places for same or cheaper price.
Overalls, really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place to anyone who want to stay in convenient Tokyo location within reasonable budget.
One of the best Super Hotel in Tokyo built in fall 2018. Staffs are super nice as usual, this location offer “real” hot spring, not just heated nor synthesized hot spring, by carrying real natural hot spring water by tank lorry every day from Yugawara hot spring which is 90 min drive away - kind of crazy but really nice experience in Tokyo. They also feature “theater room. That has a movie projector equipped in the room along with nice sound system. Other hi tech thing is tablet in every room has, with which you can control air, light, TV, as well as telling you how crowded the big baths are, or Landry machine.
Great location, right in front of a subway station; facilitated with everything needed for a business trip including laundry, hot spring bath, microwave oven. Very nice staff, just right service. Everything is perfect except the room is as tiny as usual Tokyo hotel rooms.
