Reviews from visitors:
Acceptable room but horrible laundry service at very high price. I paid 10 euros for having a small bag of clothes washed, they even forgot to iron the shirt I needed for new year's eve and some wool socks got smaller. Also horrible coffee, I asked for an espresso and it was served cold
Very nice service. Locked parking for free. Good rooms. You can easily walk in the city. Not noisy. AC.
This was our first night in Albania an it was such a horrible experience. Our travel group lost one member and we cancelled one of three rooms, we think, the single room, via the app of the broker. For some reason the hotel cancelled the large family room. So when we arrived at midnight, we were told that there was no room for us, although we could see several empty rooms. When they denied giving us one of the free rooms (we were willing to pay for), we proposed we make do with the two available rooms and somehow squeeze in the kids. The night receptionist first helped us prepare makeshift beds on the ground, but then the boss called and started yelling at the guy and us, so the cushions and blankets were ripped away from the crying children. As a reason, we were told that in a BOUTIQUE hotel, you cannot make exceptions for kids. Things got wild, we refused leaving the hotel after midnight in a rather shady area with loads of luggage, tired kids and no hope of a refund, they threatened to harm us, until ultimately, they put us in a damp and smelly basement room with tiny windows.
Breakfast was okay, but obviously, I could not care less after this experience. To be fair, the problem was most likely caused by a misunderstanding regarding our change of the initial booking. We do not know if it was their fault, our fault or the broker's fault. But the way they handled it without any sense for the situation and any kindness, yelling, threatening and scaring small children was just shocking.
Clean place, nice fancy rooms, good breakfast. Situated outside City center, not a beautiful spot. Very small bathroom. Good staff, speaks good english.
We were treated to very kind hosts and the rooms were well appointed and super clean. The beds were comfortable and they offered good selections of places to eat. We will be back there again.
