A really nice (and real!) Finnish sauna at the spa! Friendly staff and all-round good hotel
Positive surprise in the middle of Tirana. Excellent hospitality and friendly staff. Luxurious modern interieur and room equipment combined with a personal touch and attention to detail. A highlight is the traditional breakfast buffet on the rooftop terrace. Decent value for money and definitely above regular 4 star standards

Very beautiful comfortable hotel with nice rooms and cute balcony to relax in the evening. Nice and friendly staff. Beautiful design and delicious food in the restaurant
We came to try out the restaurant and we found a long hair in the nigiri we ordered. The staff should be wearing hair nets as it’s customary.
