If you’ve been to other CGH locations you will know what to expect, except this has by far the most friendly and service minded staff we’ve ever encountered! The location is excellent, ski-in and out, short walk from excellent restaurants and shops. The free shuttle bus stops right outside on the main road. Good pool/spa area. What prevents it from getting 5 stars are the little things - the absolute cheapest electrical appliances, uncomfortable furniture, poorly designed kitchen. Nevertheless a great place to stay as a family, and reasonably good value if you get a discount.
Good self catered flats, we went in for a 6 man and were very happy with the rooms, communal space and also the location. Staff dealt with any queries quickly
Lovely hotel with ski to your door. Great looking apartments with brilliant views, clean. Well equipped kitchen. The appartment for four had two bedrooms and plenty of space. Ski lockers at -7 floor. Take swimsuit as there is pool. We did not have any with us so did not try it.
My first trip to Aiguille Percee and it didn't disappoint. You literally couldn't be any closer (2 mins walk) to the two big lifts out of Tignes Le Lac. Hotel has been tastefully modernised, with good sized and clean rooms, and includes 30 English TV channels. Food and wine good, buffet evenings were excellent. All the staff were helpful and super friendly all week. Wayne the manager is a top chap and keeps the wheels well oiled so we had absolutely no problems. On site entertainment provided by a guest moaning about the fact that the 52 seat transfer bus can't physically get to the door of the hotel - there is a two minute walk, with the full staff team to help anyone who needed help so fail to see why this was a problem, but they rattled on about it in the boot room all week!
Great value ski holiday, great staff, would recommend and return
We had the pleasure of staying there in April / May 2017. The hotel had a great atmosphere and the whole staff has been very friendly. The food in the restaurant was extraordinary. So we decided to spent a week in this hotel again this winter. Unfortunately this Corona issue came in the way. So all i can say for this intended stay is, they are still very friendly and co-operative.. that means a lot in these times. All thumbs up.. and for sure we will book a week there for next season.
A beautiful apartment in a brilliant location. We loved our stay at Phoenix 101. The beds were so comfortable and a wonderful sun deck to watch fellow skiers with a glass of rose!

The staff are very welcoming and accommodating, the rooms large and although in their original condition spotlessly clean with excellent bedding.
The location is also ideal, close to all amenities with a breathtaking view of the lake.
The my tignes card offered during the stay allows, among other things, free and unlimited access to the ski lifts for hiking departures.
I recommend and hopefully we will be back!
