If you’ve been to other CGH locations you will know what to expect, except this has by far the most friendly and service minded staff we’ve ever encountered! The location is excellent, ski-in and out, short walk from excellent restaurants and shops. The free shuttle bus stops right outside on the main road. Good pool/spa area. What prevents it from getting 5 stars are the little things - the absolute cheapest electrical appliances, uncomfortable furniture, poorly designed kitchen. Nevertheless a great place to stay as a family, and reasonably good value if you get a discount.
Loved this place. Very convenient for our ski holiday. Comfortable and well appointed. Staff were super friendly too.

-Spa is too small, so it is crowded evan with half capacity of the appatments booked
-Our ski depo was smelly to the point our ski shoes took to it during nights
-Of the 3 saunas, there was usualy an issue with at least one every day
-The walls between rooms in apartments are realy thin
-The fact that at the price range this hotel operates, a 6 person appartment has 4 beds + pullout couch
Other notes: location is at the edge of vilage about 500 m uphil to the cente and 250 m to the nearest Spar store. You can order bread at the lobby of hotel by 7 pm for next morning delivery (neat feature!). Tignes ski slopes are by far the best i've ever been (8 years in france and austria, every year different location...). Bottom line: decent but slowly aging hotel, that will slowly need to up the game or lower its prices.
Lovely apartment and great view. Was very much lacking in storage. No cupboards in kitchen for groceries and the bedroom storage was designed very poorly with very limited access. No drawers at all which made it very difficult to fully unpack. Great location though.
Ideal location, close to the slopes. Service staff were polite and friendly, and there was a large variety of services offered. The apartment for 6 was absolutely brilliant -fully stocked and comfortable, but surprisingly well maintained.
