Hotel location is great and good value for money. Had good view of the resort. Food was on the whole reasonable. Although breakfast was disorganised on three mornings as staff were unprepared. Booked ski passes through hotel but two didn’t work so lost two hours skiing and had to buy extra ones or lose a morning ski. When taking it up with the manager he was truculent and could not accept passes were invalid . Eventual Protracted method of reimbursement.
We had a 50 euro per person bar tab in out deal and as our party
were in two rooms tabs were booked between the rooms depending on who went to the bar.On final night of our stay after enjoying several drinks out we were confronted by the manager late in the evening . To settle our room bill . He stated that the Bar tab was per room rather than per person . As more had been charged to one room rather than the other he demanded 81 euros
Extra even though the total only came to 261 euros for all of us our budget as we saw it was 250 euros . The discussion became heated as the manager Talked over us and would not accept us showing him proof of the per person statement. He threatened to call the police if we didn’t pay . A poor end to the greatest conditions skiing . Ever.
My first trip to Aiguille Percee and it didn't disappoint. You literally couldn't be any closer (2 mins walk) to the two big lifts out of Tignes Le Lac. Hotel has been tastefully modernised, with good sized and clean rooms, and includes 30 English TV channels. Food and wine good, buffet evenings were excellent. All the staff were helpful and super friendly all week. Wayne the manager is a top chap and keeps the wheels well oiled so we had absolutely no problems. On site entertainment provided by a guest moaning about the fact that the 52 seat transfer bus can't physically get to the door of the hotel - there is a two minute walk, with the full staff team to help anyone who needed help so fail to see why this was a problem, but they rattled on about it in the boot room all week!

Great week at the Aiguille Percee, good location close to lifts (200yrds), goods rooms and bathrooms, good food and friendly staff at excellent price, thanks to all at MW.
A great chalet Hotel choice 5 mins from the lifts, good food meat, fish, & veg, choice every night. Recently refurbished, inclusive spar facility, the children were very well catered for. overall a good place to stay, my only moan they need better pillows and more of them.
You would be hard pressed to find better value for money anywhere.
Staff excellent, facilities good, food good, rooms have modern accoutrements and new bathrooms. 4/5 only because internet poor and exposed electrics in dining room.
