It's a nice place to stay. The reception is located in the opposite building. The staff is kind. Elevator accessible half floor over basement. Good mattresses. Acceptable breakfast.
The hotel is centrally located, but not in the best side of the city center. All rooms could not be characterized as "suites", though they are clean and quite spacious (they could be characterized "large" if they where in Paris). It is quite (but not much) pleasant a place, where one could stay for a few days without facing accommodation problems.
Newly built. Spacious rooms with sea view. You can walk to the city center and most central parts of thessaloniki in 5 to 20 minutes. Very clean and very helpful staff.
Beautiful hotel and excellent service at the reception when we arrived ; we got upgraded from an executive room to a suite. The room was beautifully decorated (like the hotel) and the bed was very comfortable. Location is good as well. On the negative side, breakfast was quite dissapointing - packed bread and muffins with preservatives, eggs a bit overcooked, honey from Bulgaria (although honey in Greece is of high quality). I asked if the orange juice is freshly squeezed, they confirmed it was however it was bottled. I understand that Covid-19 circumstances might affect the way the breakfast is served and it's content but this doesn't mean that low quality is accepted especially in such a hotel. Lastly, the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner especially given the circumstances. It was cleaned however you could see the stains on the floor and the shower.
Great hotel, in a fantastically vibrant location, yet surprisingly quiet. Staff are very polite and the breakfast was awesome with fresh eggs, fruit, loads of savoury products, decent coffee and fruit juice.
The room was a decent size, very clean and well air conditioned.
Don’t be put off with just how central this is - once you’ve closed your window you hear nothing.

This small but intimate hotel is great and operates amazingly. Helpful and smiley staff, delicious breakfast, cozy rooms and a central location surrounded by elegant restaurants and cafeterias.The rooms are very well designed and up-to-date offering comfort and good taste. The rates are reasonable and the whole place gathers an interesting mixture of people.
Perfectly located at the center of the city, the stuff is friendly and super helpful and I especially liked the colorful and minimal design of the rooms. This was my second time here and I'm definately coming back again when I have to travel to Thessaloniki! P.S. Brunch at their Garden Bar is totally recommended as well!
One of the most beautiful Suites in the city, close to many facilities ( restaurants, shops, bars and 50 meters from the beachfront ). Excellent choice and value for money accommodation.

This was our first trip to Greece and we fell in love with it. Thank you to the hotel staff were making our visit exceptional.

From check in, daily support, extra help during Covid, the Team at the Excelsior was phenomenal! Highly recommend and would stay again.
The room was great too, with a cool little balcony, which was unexpected.
I was there for work and so by myself. If I were to go back with family I would get a bigger room to have a little more space.
The location was close to the waterfront and I walked/ran by almost daily.
I stayed at Thessaloniki in a lot of hotels even with a higher rating but never be so satisfied with hospitality, willing to assist, comfortable terrace, view... Apartments are quite new, furniture and equipment in excellent condition, perfectly clean. You are in the center of the town and at the same time very quiet. Parking garage paid as in the center of all large cities 10 meters from apartment enter. I will be back for sure and highly recommend it.
Hidden treasure in the heart of the city (Aristotelous square): Spacious, awesome and luxurius room, having all facilities (plus espresso machine for espresso lovers). Sotiris (Host) is a nice and very kind guy, make your accommodation much more easier. In case that you might have car, there are .. 4 parking places, secure and safe only 30m from venue. Definitely I will come back again, even it seems that this venue will be always fully booked.

I stayed at Superior One Boutique Hotel with my boyfriend for 2 nights at the end of September. The location was perfect, directly in the city center. The room was super bright, big and clean. The bed super comfortable, the stuff was super friendly and we felt really welcomed thanks for the great stay!
