Beautiful hotel and excellent service at the reception when we arrived ; we got upgraded from an executive room to a suite. The room was beautifully decorated (like the hotel) and the bed was very comfortable. Location is good as well. On the negative side, breakfast was quite dissapointing - packed bread and muffins with preservatives, eggs a bit overcooked, honey from Bulgaria (although honey in Greece is of high quality). I asked if the orange juice is freshly squeezed, they confirmed it was however it was bottled. I understand that Covid-19 circumstances might affect the way the breakfast is served and it's content but this doesn't mean that low quality is accepted especially in such a hotel. Lastly, the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner especially given the circumstances. It was cleaned however you could see the stains on the floor and the shower.

Great hotel. The rooms that we've stayed in have both been more like suites in size. Staff are more than helpful and it's in a great location, accessible for a good old wander around the city. Breakfast is good, nothing special but definitely good enough to start your day off. Price wise it varies depending on the time of year but each time we've stayed here we've managed to get a deal. Definitely worth a try.
Staff is simply amazing. I could give many more details, but it's simply the best hotel experience I've ever had. I felt at home, but also pampered on my business trip. Breakfast was amazing, near perfect for me. All of them were so nice, kind of like family, remembering you, not disturbing you at all, down-to-earth, but offering great service.
Location is of course great.
Amenities are good, nice old building with some charm, but not like 5 star hotel.
We loved this Hotel.
First they tried to get us to park as close as possible which is a very difficult thing to do. And then... the rooms are just great. You get a little area to sit and chat and the rest is just wonderful. The bed is very comfortable and the bath just a treat.
The staff is very helpful with anything you could possibly need. And the breakfast also very good. The hotel is located in the centre of Thessaloniki so could reach everything you want to see on foot. It is very close to the harbour which has fine restaurants and art galleries and also very close to all the shops in town.
