I like this hotel, its very clean and every day sanitation room, Good location in thessaloniki, near sea.
Was ok .. receptionists polite, kind and helpful... perfect address... under the hotel the bus stop to the beautiful beaches, airport and so on...
Great value for the price. Clean, large and comfortable rooms with towels and bedding.
The common bathroom areas, although old, are in excellent condition.

I got a miserable room. They also had insects! Infectious linen and quilt, which caused itchy skin after which many blemishes appeared! Shared showers and bath! They have no elevator, they have a long ladder! If you have a lot of heavy luggage, you're done! The walls of the room are clogged with cigarette smoke. I do not recommend this hotel at all! It ruined my stay! A traumatic experience!
