Great hotel experience!
From check in, daily support, extra help during Covid, the Team at the Excelsior was phenomenal! Highly recommend and would stay again.
The room was great too, with a cool little balcony, which was unexpected.
I was there for work and so by myself. If I were to go back with family I would get a bigger room to have a little more space.
The location was close to the waterfront and I walked/ran by almost daily.
We had the best experience ever.
The stuff was very friendly and helpful.
I was celebrate my birthday and they help my family make a surprise for me with room full with balloons, birthday cake and more surprises.
They hotel and the room was clean all time, and you can actually see the stuff big smile all time under the mask they were (due tocovid).
Stuff like Georgina♀️ and Giannis♂️ is the reason to come back to this hotel.

Great location, modernised in an iconic building but above all, outstanding customer service!!! Well done Maria, Dimitris, and Nicolas just to mention some of them (apologies for not remember the rest; doesn't mean that they didn't have the same exemplary performance..)!!!
We felt very welcome, friendly staff, the hotel respects the new covid rules, I felt safe during my stay there.
An outstanding reception (Gorgina) worthy of a 5 stars hotel service, nice rooms, beautiful breakfast room and an excellent position right next to the sea and to Thessaloniki’s center.
