Thess residences is a modern concept for renting apartments with great facilities with common spaces for business or just friends meeting. Also it is a gym space, well equipped laundry. The apartments are unexpectedly big, new, modern design, very clean, with equipped kitchen. Our stay at Thess was really great.

Thess residences is a unique choice for a pleasant stay at Thessaloniki. The room has its own modern style with more than the expected amenities. The room was super clean and the stuff was very polite. Also, the well-known neighborhood of Ladadika is 10 minutes walk.
