First of all the staff is amazing. I have never received such an incredible service from a hotel. Everyone were so nice and helpful. Especially Ana and Yoanna from the reception were so helpful and sweet. They helped us with city recommendations and went above and beyond for us. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was served to the room because of COVID so we asked to pack it in a takeaway and had a picnic on the beach. They packed it so well and gave us everything we need. The location is also great, right in the center and it includes a parking.
We had a lovely stay at Antigon Urban Chic Hotel. The location of hotel is perfect - walking-distance to everything you could want in Thessaloniki. What's even better is that the hotel offers on-site parking, which nearly no other hotel in the city center does. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean, and the staff are warm and extremely helpful. We really appreciated the COVID-19 measures, including room service breakfast, which was delightfully organized and delivered. This will be our go-to place to stay in Thessaloniki from now on.
