Nice hotel in the center of Tbilisi.
You can walk to the old center or the river.
The room was nice, clean with all amenities. The staff was very helpful and kind.
I visit the hotel during the period of Covid 19 for that, I had breakfast in the room and there was not a lot of choices.
You can arrange with the hotel for a taxi from/to the airport and to charge your room.
Excelent place and very kind staffs. The hotel is clean and located in a reasonable walking distance from old Tbilisi and other tourist attractions. We got two separate apartment style rooms and there were very spacious with complete set of amenities and furniture. It is also very convenient for families with kids. I am totally satisfied with their service.

Excellent hotel, small but really cosy. Breakfast on the Terrace is outstanding, including red wine in the morning the whole day in Tbilisi is bright. Rooms are cosy as well, with a great view. One concern - its not completely sound proof.
Its a gem situated in old area of Tbilisi city. From the luxurious antique decor of rooms to the friendly staff, its perfect stay for families/ couples.They have all facilities included which you would expect like washing machine, microwave, fridge etc etc. Its like a home away from home!.
Really beautiful hotel in the best location. Also allowed to check in very early as our flight arrived at 5am.

Very kind receptionist mostly the lady veryyyyy kind very helpfull answering any of your questions.
Clean rooms but can be cleaner.
Clean nice bathroom. Very nostalgic lobby with a fire place in winter they burn wood very good feeling.
It will be great if they use a little bit greenery outside too.
Great access to great wine shops around in 5 minutes.

The price was great value and they no pressure offered airport transfer for great price and driver was on time and courteous despite being 1am. We arrived at the hotel to a friendly English speaking receptionist who efficiently checked us in. The room had been set to a great temperature and had a comfy bed, clean bathroom and a great balcony. It's a couple minute walk to a metro station and loads of restaurants. Great location and I would have no hesitation in staying here again.
We felt welcome to No12 hotel right as we stepped through the door. The service is great, the staff was kind and helpful and the room was specious, comfortable, well equipped and clean.
The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel is really great. Would definitely recommend to stay in this fantastic hotel.

A massive family home that has recently been altered into a hotel.
On the one side you walk out straight into a bustling street of restaurants and things to see and do. On the other side (where our balcony overlooked) you look over the traditional shared courtyard where the kids play in the evening and friends meet.
The hotel is a wonderful mix of old and new. Giant old door with their brass keys have been kept but all the modern comforts have been added to the spacious rooms with their comfortable beds. Everything is brand new and kept immaculately clean.
Nata claims not to be a chef but our breakfasts were delicious and tailored to our answers the evening before.
Not only did Nata advise us on how to do what and where in Tbilisi but she helped us plan the rest of our trip and even phoned our next hotel, getting us a discount in the process.
The old architecture must be very clever because once our balcony door was shut we could not hear a thing from the outside.
