Really beautiful hotel in the best location. Also allowed to check in very early as our flight arrived at 5am.

We had a great stay July 2019, our children are 4 and 5 and we walked miles. Never done so many steps around the streets and parks. Loved the stay at the castle, we enjoyed the roof, our room was lovely and spacious. Our son keeps saying I want to go Georgia. So you guys should be happy.
We felt welcome to No12 hotel right as we stepped through the door. The service is great, the staff was kind and helpful and the room was specious, comfortable, well equipped and clean.
The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel is really great. Would definitely recommend to stay in this fantastic hotel.

The room was nice, clean with all amenities. The staff was very helpful and kind.
I visit the hotel during the period of Covid 19 for that, I had breakfast in the room and there was not a lot of choices.
You can arrange with the hotel for a taxi from/to the airport and to charge your room.
I can really recommend Nicolas hotel. The owner and staff were really accommodating and nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. It’s a 5 minute walk from the center of the Old Town.
Excellent hotel in the heart of the old district. Close to the fort and mother of Georgia statue. Based on quite a steep hill. Great breakfast selection, nice room with a balcony. Loved the terrace for drinks in the evening. Staff are excellent!
Excelent place and very kind staffs. The hotel is clean and located in a reasonable walking distance from old Tbilisi and other tourist attractions. We got two separate apartment style rooms and there were very spacious with complete set of amenities and furniture. It is also very convenient for families with kids. I am totally satisfied with their service.
Its a gem situated in old area of Tbilisi city. From the luxurious antique decor of rooms to the friendly staff, its perfect stay for families/ couples.They have all facilities included which you would expect like washing machine, microwave, fridge etc etc. Its like a home away from home!.
The price was great value and they no pressure offered airport transfer for great price and driver was on time and courteous despite being 1am. We arrived at the hotel to a friendly English speaking receptionist who efficiently checked us in. The room had been set to a great temperature and had a comfy bed, clean bathroom and a great balcony. It's a couple minute walk to a metro station and loads of restaurants. Great location and I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Clean rooms but can be cleaner.
Clean nice bathroom. Very nostalgic lobby with a fire place in winter they burn wood very good feeling.
It will be great if they use a little bit greenery outside too.
Great access to great wine shops around in 5 minutes.

We really loved this place. Location is ideal and accessible for tourists. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Above all the staff were so helpful, polite and courteous, taking personal efforts to make us feel at home. Right from carrying our suitcases to arranging taxis at genuine rates everything was done with care. We would have loved to stay there longer.

Really nice hotel, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Clear and neat rooms. My room was well equipped (mini bar, safe) and, the balcony was fantastic. Definitely the best location at the old town.
