I actually stayed in December 2019 when it had just opened. The staff were exceedingly friendly, and trilingual (Russian, English, Georgian). They allowed me to check-in early even though I had arrived insanely early in the morning. The breakfast spread was varied; it is not a lot but everything is made fresh and decidedly local, and traditional. It is within walking distance to the old city center though getting there from the airport by public transit requires some walking or at least a transfer.
This charming boutique hotel is situated in the area of old town not far from Tbilisi baths, apprx. 10-15 min. walking. It is a brand new hotel built end of 2018. They have beautiful bar with terrace facing small park.
Stylish rooms, new facilities and quite place make this hotel perfect place for a relaxed recharge for a new day. Many hotels in Tbilisi center can't offer the same because of background noise from the streets.
I was staying in the hotel only one night and due to early departure couldn't have a chance to enjoy their breakfast however hotel personnel provided me a packed breakfast at my early check out. Special thanks to the hotel staff for their friendliness and care, one of my best experience I had!
This Hotel is a good place to be in Tbilisi. Located near to the old town area and at a walking distance from there, it has the advantage of it's location.
Very neat and tidy and the upkeep is very good. Breakfast provided is very sumptuous, tasty and fulfilling. Wide variety of food is also tempting.
Staff is very polite and friendly besides being helpful. All in all, a good choice for stay in Tbilisi.

A very pretty hotel with a cozy atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The manager was so caring and made sure that we have everything we needed. Their breakfast is really nice and the seating area outside is very refreshing, you feel peaceful make sure to try their breakfast pancakes...they are heavenly!
