Going to a foreign country in COVID times can be a daunting experience. Luckily for us, we couldn't have asked for a better intro into Georgia than with Zaza and his team at Urban Boutique Hotel. Helpful and accommodating was not in short supply. Zaza and the staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
Stay was extremely comfortabl & good experience of food.
We spent 12 days in this hotel(2nd floor) standard room with little balcony. Our flight arrived in midnight & hotel sent driver to pick us up on time.
Hotel manager Mr. Zaza is very helpful quick response on many inquiries, food meal in hotel isolation room make sure you been taking care.
A beautiful lovely little French balcony, we will definitely come back & highly recommend this hotel.
