A nice new hotel close to Avlabari metro, walking distance to city center but away from crowds and bustle of midnight life. Beautiful views from the roof top terrace, very friendly staff. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, generous-size bathrooms. Would be nice to have a wider and better choice of local dishes for breakfast and they definitely need to change locks in rooms, as it's just impossible to close the doors quietly. Value for money ratio is 80%

I just visited this newly opened hotel in the heart of Tbilisi city! I simply loved it! The friendliest staff ever, crispy clean bedding, comfortable room, great a/c, modern restroom, delicious breakfast, convenient proximity to the city attractions, not to mention its inexpensiveness, the amazing city view from both, the rooftop and the balcony. If I ever return to Tbilisi, this is my top choice! Highly recommend!
Very quiet and cozy hotel with frendly and polite personal. Good place situated in an old part of the city.
