We felt welcome to No12 hotel right as we stepped through the door. The service is great, the staff was kind and helpful and the room was specious, comfortable, well equipped and clean.
The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel is really great. Would definitely recommend to stay in this fantastic hotel.

The room was well designed but without daylight, it was like a bunker or a room for tools. It was noisy to.

In my experience you can find this kind of quality for 25% of the price in Tbilisi.

Veeery comfortable
Probably one the best boutique hotels ice stayed in. The rooms are extremely clean, the room I've had had an awesome view and space (ask for room number 9), located right at the centre and the breakfast is made fresh from pan to plate. Very hospitable staff and can speak English very well. Overall awesome stay and experience.
Very well situated in Old Town Tbilisi this small but clean and friendly hotel provides a good base for exploring the old town. Slightly overpriced for what it is in my view however bit given the location, cleanliness and general upkeep of the property it is somewhere I would revisit.
