Really nice staff. Arrived in Tbilisi with no hotel plans, found the Grove on kayak and really glad I did. Will definitely be back. Room was super duper clean, internet plenty fast, nice little TV with all the goodies, rain shower for the win. Bravo.
My friends had 5 day stay in this hotel. They have left souvenir package with silver items. And it was gone from the room. Be careful....

A pocket friendly hotel, very nearby to new tblisi city. Pleasant ambiance and very friendly staff
This hotel is more interested in making money than serving customers. As an example, they made me pay for half day for checking in early in the morning. They didn't have breakfast buffet one day but said they can make me what I what. I didn't know that that meant charging for the buffet price for 2 eggs and some cheese. Rooms are OK but overall, I am not satisfied with the hotel and the service.
We really had a good time. We will certainly come back again one day.
You can be very proud of the professionalism courtesy of all your staff. Your staff are in wonderful in their way to ensure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay.
