Nrar to the city center
Very kind receptionist mostly the lady veryyyyy kind very helpfull answering any of your questions.
Clean rooms but can be cleaner.
Clean nice bathroom. Very nostalgic lobby with a fire place in winter they burn wood very good feeling.
It will be great if they use a little bit greenery outside too.
Great access to great wine shops around in 5 minutes.

Good service, excellent breakfast with lots of options, family sized rooms are very spacious on 1st floor and it is a very very convey place to explore old tblisi city. It is walkable distance bro most of the sights like cable car to narikala, bridge of peace, sulphur baths etc...it has lot of fantastic food options nearby as.well
The hotel was very clean and quiet, the staff were friendly, Walking access to most of the city's landmarks was possible. If I travel to Tbilisi again I will stay in this hotel again.
V good and well located guest house in Old Town in Tiblisi, close to Victory Square, and many of the city's sights. Small number of rooms but very helpful staff
Location is great.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
The rooms though need an update, the furniture is old, the walls need some work and the main thing was mold in the bathroom.
All in all, price per value is good.
