The Most Amazing views over complimentary gourmet breakfast, at the boutique hotel 'Old Town Mtatsminda' - the professionally managed family owned hotel owner has a philosophy of 'friendly authentic' personal relations first, before business. Hot water instant in the bathroom with shower, elegant decor, 4 minutes walk to Rustaveli avenue city center, modern SPAR grocery store 2 minutes walk half way. Best hotel experience I've had in 15 years of expat and tourist style around the world. Highly recommended, outstanding value, incredibly competitive prices with all extra attended to by staff and the owner. Room with balcony has views not only of the gorgeous south caucasus mountain range over Tbilisi, but also of the Mtatsminda (Holy Mountain) amusement park, Funicular restaurant and convention center, it's so beautiful there they have an often busy wedding chapel. International guests today from around the region, and as far away as South Africa and a British Pilot (former military pilot, now commercial airline) on the stop to travel on to ski resort here in Georgia. Best value, trusted staff, exceptional service, amazing views, best boutique hotel in Georgia. Photos added.

Great hotel, very clean with comfortable rooms! If you are looking for a good place to stay in a good location in Tbilisi and fare price this is the best choice. After traveling around Georgia this is one of the best places we have stayed. The breakfast is tasty with various foods to choose from. The staff and the owner are very friendly and ready to help.
