Really nice staff. Arrived in Tbilisi with no hotel plans, found the Grove on kayak and really glad I did. Will definitely be back. Room was super duper clean, internet plenty fast, nice little TV with all the goodies, rain shower for the win. Bravo.

I actually stayed in December 2019 when it had just opened. The staff were exceedingly friendly, and trilingual (Russian, English, Georgian). They allowed me to check-in early even though I had arrived insanely early in the morning. The breakfast spread was varied; it is not a lot but everything is made fresh and decidedly local, and traditional. It is within walking distance to the old city center though getting there from the airport by public transit requires some walking or at least a transfer.
Excellent hotel in the heart of the old district. Close to the fort and mother of Georgia statue. Based on quite a steep hill. Great breakfast selection, nice room with a balcony. Loved the terrace for drinks in the evening. Staff are excellent!

I visit the hotel during the period of Covid 19 for that, I had breakfast in the room and there was not a lot of choices.
You can arrange with the hotel for a taxi from/to the airport and to charge your room.
A four star hotel that deserves five stars. Currently feasting on the delicous complimentary breakfast with never ending champagne. Our room is immaculate, the hotel itself is gorgeous and the staff have been patient and gracious and helpful with our many questions. A wonderful stay.
Excellent hotel, small but really cosy. Breakfast on the Terrace is outstanding, including red wine in the morning the whole day in Tbilisi is bright. Rooms are cosy as well, with a great view. One concern - its not completely sound proof.
We had a great stay July 2019, our children are 4 and 5 and we walked miles. Never done so many steps around the streets and parks. Loved the stay at the castle, we enjoyed the roof, our room was lovely and spacious. Our son keeps saying I want to go Georgia. So you guys should be happy.
Super Hotel with excellent location in middle of Tbilisi. The view was just perfect from the restaurant terrace and from the balcony. It was 1st time but we will come back to this amazing hotel.
A very rustic and beautiful interior. It was clean and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast they served reminded me of home and it's very affordable.
I stayed there for 5 nights. If i will come back to Tbilisi i will come to same hotel.

If you need to wash your clothes they don’t have a laundry, but they can arrange one for you and the clothes will come in same day.
We felt welcome to No12 hotel right as we stepped through the door. The service is great, the staff was kind and helpful and the room was specious, comfortable, well equipped and clean.
The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel is really great. Would definitely recommend to stay in this fantastic hotel.
Brand new, squeaky clean with a very tasteful decor. Rooms are comfortably large with a lot of space and great amenities. Breakfast is very nice with good quality food. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Very nice garden too. All in all, fantastic place!

Very kind receptionist mostly the lady veryyyyy kind very helpfull answering any of your questions.
Clean rooms but can be cleaner.
Clean nice bathroom. Very nostalgic lobby with a fire place in winter they burn wood very good feeling.
It will be great if they use a little bit greenery outside too.
Great access to great wine shops around in 5 minutes.
