Perfect location, great staff, awesome design and spotless rooms. Highly recommended!

Very uncomfortable beds,good shower and mediocre breakfast

Location: was central and accessible to most turistic places Building: nice and clean. No elevator. No help with luggages. Stairs. Beds not very comfortable. Queen size bed is two twin size bed attached so if you are thinking of cuddling your partner while sleeping be aware of the gap between the two beds. Service: they served us no breakfast. The b&b messaged us after the booking was confirmed and just a few days before our trip to let us know that no breakfast will be served in the month of March. The property had a kitchen but they informed us that we are not allowed to use the facility either. Our main reason for this booking was kitchen facilities and breakfast so we were very disappointed. There was only one small bottle of water per room that were hosting at least 2 people each. One kettle to use for the whole property so people had to arrange it between themselves who can take the kettle to their room. Staff: not presented! We were left by ourselves in the property. She answered our phone 2 times out of the 4 times we called her for her help but the other 2 times it was just us. The cleaning lady didnt speak English and we asked her to change the towels and bed sheets but she had only understood the changing of the bedsheets. She was kind to let us leave our luggages after check in and didnt charge us for our check out at 12 (she had asked us to check out at 10:15 before), but overall she had an attitude and was not very hospitable. Value for money? At least for this time of the year (end of March) Id recommend staying at a hotel in Taormina.
