The area where the Hotel is located is perfect. We had the "low budget" room No.103. The interior of the bedroom was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.
But then the disappointment came. The bathroom had partly black mold on the wall. Nothing for guests with breath issues. They should choose the high price room to have a nice visit in Taormina. (For us it was okay, because anyway, we stayed just one night there)
The service was OK. Nothing special if you choose the low budget room. (More information and recommendations about the area would be nice)
We will think about it to book this Hotel once again.
The hotel is in a good location. Close to the city center. View from the hotel was amazing. The breakfast was simple but tasty and the view from breakfast venue was spectacular. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would choose this hotel again when I have a chance to come back.
Room was magnificent however cleanliness and hygiene leaves much to be desired. Bed linen was dirty, toilets were not cleaned and full of pubic hair left from previous visitors. Also fruit basket ordered with prosecco was also not up to standard. Otherwise staff was very friendly and helpful.
My husband and I spent three nights here while touring Taormina area. Hotel is lovely and well furnished with authentic decor. Staff is very helpful, friendly, and show pride in their work. Beautiful place to stay. Lovely breakfast.
We loved our Etna view room. Large, nicely decorated room & great central location. Comfortable lobby lounge & decent top floor restaurant.
