Very stunning Hotel, mainly Kind staff. You can also book great Experiences like boat tour or Etna tour. Nice pool and staff there. However, Hotel tries to squeeze money out of guests. Car parking costs unbelievable 45 euro per day. Information only given at check out. Baby club wasn’t open. We got informed about 7 days before arrival. Upon request, staff said 3 years old couldn’t have used it anyway because it is only for 4+ years kids. No information about age requirements beforehand. Visitors should be careful around the area because almost all shops, restaurants are charging double if not triple - possibly because of corona crisis. We left with a really bitter taste. We won’t go there again.
A grand old lady of a Hotel. The location is the real star here with fabulous views from the terrace and ocean facing rooms. The service is a little shaky, the pool shuts unnecessarily early at 6pm and those by the pool enjoying the evening view are shooed away. €44 a night for "valet parking" which was just ..erm just parking...was absurd.
This hotel is absolutely stunning. It's decor is so beautiful, the views from the balcony are spectacular, the terraced restaurants very romantic and the rooms very clean. Upon arrival, the staff could not have been more accomodating and friendly, chauffeur service very good, this hotel is in a great location definitely hope to go back in the future.
Great restaurant. Lovely food, wine and excellent service. Only misses out on 5th star as the veal main course was a lottle bland
My favourite place in Sicily. The best view of Mount Etna anywhere. Great staff, exceptional service.
