I don't have words for Casa Cuseni - truly one of the most wonderful houses I have ever seen let alone stayed! The rooms, gardens and museum are so steeped in history and breathtaking, and the view across Taormina from the Greta Garbo balcony is second to none. On our first night we sat on the balcony and watched lava flow from Mt Etna, a once in a lifetime experience. We loved that the house is a little above the tourist epicentre of Taormina but the perfect place to access everything. Magdalena, Maria, Francesco and - apologies! I have forgotten the lovely chefs name! - were so warm and friendly. If we had our time again we'd book more nights here. Highly recommend and then some.
Excellent guided tour of the house, you can feel the passion and knowledge of the staffs that work there. Please GO.
This is such a wonderful place. Full of history, art, sunshine and an amazing view on Etna and the sea. The your lady was great, she loves her job and no wonder!
