Reviews from visitors:
We were supposed to spend one night only in Taormina...but upon the moment I've contacted the hotel, I immediately understood that this will be a unique experience...therefore we decided to stay longer. The hotel is perfectly located, few minutes away from the beautiful Corso Umberto.
Mr. Giuseppe, his sister Manuela and the entire family have worked to hard to restore this historical house and they did it it amazingly. The hotel used to be Giuseppe's grandma private house, that was converted into a pension.
The hotel is tastefully decorated, mix of ancient and modern. Bedooms are spotless, very well equipped (including AC) , spacious, bright and comfortable.
When you enter into the breakfast room, is like steeping back for a moment into the past. The breakfast buffet is rich and complete. Don't miss the opportunity to taste the cakes (crostate) that are daily backed by the uncle of Mr. Giuseppe and the fresh squeezed orange juice made with the organic oranges from their garden.
The entire team at the hotel has made our stay unforgettable, helping and finding a solution for any request we submitted.
Thank you Giuseppe, Manuela, Tina and all the team for the fantastic stay : we promise you we will come back !
Just got back home. My stay at Casa Adele was awesome. The rooms were breathtakingly beautiful and immaculate. The staff did everything in their power to make us feel at home. Casa Adele is locating in the heart of Taormina so you can walk everywhere. The staff provided everything we needed with a smile, a laugh and lots of joy. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Sicily!
The staff was excellent. Good location.
Great location, newly renovated property, clean rooms, friendly and super helpful staff AND great breakfast! We spent four nights and really enjoyed our stay there. The hotel and the rooms are new and clean and their breakfast is really good! I would definitely recommend it
Our stay in Taormina was a week in early October. Taormina is an incredibly beautiful city with stunning views all over the city. There is a sea of delicious restaurants and a main street with many great shops, but beware: do not lend your wife your credit card for a visit to Corso Umberto main street.
We stayed at the small very cozy family owned Hotel Casa Adele just a stone's throw from Corso Umberto. Grandma Adele operated the hotel until the mid-90s, after which the old hotel building was empty for more than 20 years. 4 years ago, the grandchildren Giuseppe and his sister chose to renovate the hotel. It took 3 years, so a year ago the hotel was able to reopen in a modern and fully updated version.
Giuseppe and his staff make every effort to ensure their guests have a fantastic and relaxing stay. The breakfast contains everything to expect - the chef especially made the omelet and fried eggs in the gourmet class.
We have only one problem with this rating of Casa Adele: the next time we would like to visit the hotel it has become so popular that it is always fully booked.
